National Youth Volunteer Program: Senator Buhari AbdulFatai Facilitates Nomination of 260 youths in Oyo North.

It was another meaningful youth engagement in Oyo North senatorial district as the Senator representing the district at the upper chamber, Senator Buhari AbdulFatai successfully facilitated a total of 260 nomination for the youth of the senatorial district for the National Youth Volunteer Program of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources.

The youth whose list had been sent to the ministry by the Senator’s office during the heat of Covid 19 era last year April were drawn from the 13 local government areas that made up of the district. Each local government got 20 slots.

In a message sent to the beneficiaries by the ministry, they are to resume at their respective LGA Secretariat for training from Monday September 6th, 202, the training stretches into the week according to the LGAs.

Meanwhile the Senator has congratulated the beneficiaries and also admonished them to utilize the opportunity in contributing to the nation’s development.
