*Another win for Ibadan, as Kayode Olatunbosun shines out with distinction in Master of Business Administration from the prestigious University of Oxford .*
A 38-year-old Ibadan-born, Kayode Olatunbosun, has shown that there is reward for hard work and dedication as he was recently celebrated by family, friends and loved ones for bagging distinction in Master of Business Administration from the prestigious University of Oxford.
The brain and looks young man from Ita Ege, Ibadan South East Local Government of Ibadan, considered to be an over achiever, rose to become the youngest Chief Financial Officer at First Hydrocarbon Nigeria.
Shortly after his first degree from the University of Lagos where he studied actuarial science, he went ahead to train as a chartered accountant and subsequently as a Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA).
He has also demonstrated a sterling and remarkable track record in his prior professional endeavours working for KPMG, Oando, Coronation Merchant Bank, and Lekoil.
‘Kay’ as fondly called by friends is goal-oriented, focused, ambitious and driven. As part of his groundbreaking achievements, Kayode (as the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets) spearheaded capital markets and M&A transactions worth over US$700million and participated in up to US$4 billion worth of corporate finance transactions across the oil and gas value chain during his stint at Oando.
Over the years, he has single handedly mentored, empowered and funded about a hundred youths not only in Ibadan but the country at large.
He is so kind yet humble, and generous to many regardless of background.
