Eid-el-Fitri: Hon Faozey congratulates Muslims, calls for peaceful coexistence in the country

The 2019 Oyo Central Senatorial aspirant, Hon. Faozey Oladotun Nurudeen has congratulated all Muslims faithful across the country on the celebration of another Eid-el-Fitri.

Faozey said it’s indeed worthy of appreciation to Allah for completing this year Ramadan fast and witnessing another Eid-el-Fitri on earth, calling for peaceful coexistence in the country.

In a statement which was made available to the newsmen by his media aide, Inaolaji Akinloye, disclosed that Hon Faozey urged all Muslims not to deviate from their good ways exhibited during the 30 days of spiritual exercise, which, he said, had drawn them closer to almighty Allah (SWT) with a lot of lessons learnt in the process.

He said: “I want to felicitate with all Muslims faithful in Oyo Central senatorial, Oyo state and across the country on the completion of Ramadan fast and celebration of another Eid-el-Fitri.

“I equally urged all and sundry to continue to live in peace and harmony among other people irrespective of ethnicity or tribes so as to be able to strengthen our bond against division and exclusiveness.

“As Ramadan teaches tolerance and love for one and another, we should continue to imbibe all teachings as exercised in the outgoing month and remain steadfast in the course of Allah.
