Peace Anyiam-Osigwe, others to headline Training workshop for Delta State Movie Producer association.

The Association of Movie Producers Delta State is hosting what it calls the Delta State Film Weekender from the 19th -22nd May 2021, in Asaba Delta State.
The Chairperson of AMP Delta State Mr. Chidi Chijioke says that the president of the Association of Movie Producers (AMP) Peace Anyiam Osigwe will be hosting a Master Class for Producers.

Mr. Chidi Chijioke, told news men that he convinced Peace Anyiam-Osigwe to impart her knowledge on the Next Generation of Filmmakers. Ms Anyiam-Osigwe is the founder of the Globally acclaimed Africa Movie Academy Awards.

The weekender has on its headline, a Master Class in Cinematography by John Aduloju, the President of the Cinematographer Society of Nigeria. He will be training on using the Arri Alexa system.

Also billed are Introduction to Cinematography anchored by members of the society, Documentary Filmmaking Workshop, Script For Beginners and screenings of movies and a Gala Night to celebrate filmmakers in Asaba.

Delta State hosts about 400 film sets every month. Capacity building is key to improve the quality of productions.
