Independent Reconciliation Group Submits Report To OYO APC Chairman…
The Independent Reconciliation Group which was formed to put an end to lingering internal crisis of All Progressives Congress, Oyo State has finally finished and submitted the report with full details of the crisis that has bewildered the party.
With the aim of reaching a final and long lasting reconciliation amongst several groups within the Party, an independent reconciliation team headed by Hon. John Olaleru, Oyewale Oyegoke Esq, as Secretary of the platform, and Soji Eniade (mni), Prince Gbade Lana, Hon Ola Olaoseegba, Olanrewaju Oyewale (De Gold), Mr. Olutayo Akinleye FCA (Committee Secretary) met the aggrieved members in order to give peace a chance in the party.
It is the core belief of the reconciliation team that All Progressives Congress is one party with the same ideologies, hence should not be divided because of selfish aggrandisement of its members.
The reconciliation was done in good faith and with sole purpose to strengthen the political party’s structure and to bring to bear the lost glory of the party during last election.
Having stated the foregoing, it is important to note that the 22 pages reconciliation report was submitted to the Party Chairman, Chief Akin Oke at the party Secretariat, Oke Ado, Ibadan today for execution of some of the recommendations therein.
It is also expected of the National Party and National reconciliation committee to supervise the reconciliation process as they make submission of the same report at the National Party Secretariat.
