Enough of instigated violence, BACO warns Makinde The governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde has been warned to desist from instigating violence in the State. The warning was given on Wednesday by the Bayo Adelabu Campaign Organisation (BACO) in the aftermath of violence that rocked several parts of Ibadan. Information at the disposal of BACO reveals that the violence was orchestrated by the Governor, using the Alhaji Lamidi Mukaila-led Parks Management System (PMS) in order to prevent the coming into town of the presidential candidate of a rival political party.
