Steve Ayorinde celebrates mum at 80

It was a high octane event in ibadan last weekend as former  Commissioner for Information and Commissioner for Arts and Culture in Lagos hosted friends, well wishers and family to a high octane event to celebrate the 80th birthday of his mother, Mama Victoria Ayorinde.

The church service was held at Christ Anglican Church, Elekuro while guests were entertained at the Ibadan Civic Centre. Presented at the event were traditional rulers, captains of industry, media personalities.

Some of the guests include the traditional ruler of Oke Ila Orangun, Oba Dokun Abolarin, the Alara of Ara kingdom, Oba Gbolahan Ogunsanwo, Baale of Ekotedo, Taiye Oyerinde.

Media personalities include, Mayor Akinpelu, publisher of Global Excellence, Kenny Ogungbe, Chairman Yes fm, the waves- making radio station in Ibadan, Yemi Shonde, publisher,ParrotExtra, Yinka Agboola, Publisher, News of the People, Amzat Loye, Editor, Ovation International, Mike Effiong, Publisher, Yes International Magazine,Azuh Arinze, former Managing Director, New Telegraph and former Special Adviser, Communication and Strategy to Senator Abiola Ajimobi,Bolaji Tunji , Publisher, Elite Magazine, , Kemi Akinyemi. Nollywood was also represented with the presence of ace film producer, Kunle Afolayan, actor,  Yomi Fash Lanso. Special Adviser to the Oyo State government on Security, and former Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, Fatai Owoseni, the Chief Press Secretary to Gov Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, Taiwo Adisa. Also in attendance were the Head of Corporate Affairs, UBA, Ramon Nasir, Head of Corporate Communications, Access Bank, Abdul Imoyo, among others.
